Prenax Online has access to an infinite number of newspapers, professional journals, magazines and databases. We can supply any journal in any format to best suit your subscription needs.
After an order has been placed it will be sent through for administrator approval, once it has been approved Prenax will do all of the leg work in ensuring that the subscription is organised and the vendor grants access or arranges delivery. All you have to do is sit back and wait to receive your subscription.
Prenax will manage renewals the way you want to. An automated renewal email will be sent to the user near the subscription end date. For multiple subscriptions you can choose to approve one at a time or all at once. Prenax will then handle all communications with the vendor for you to ensure you continue your access or receive your issues without a hitch.
Whatever these may be: online access issues, technical difficulties, or typical print-related issues, all claims are made by our online system or our customer service team, not outsourced to some far-off country. Prenax has an efficient, effective and quick claim handling process which guarantees that all issues are solved to our customer’s satisfaction.
1 Vendor, 1 Invoice
Prenax will amalgamate multiple invoices from multiple vendors into 1 manageable invoice. This can be sent monthly, quarterly or annually. It’s completely up to you. We will check publisher invoices for accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure that cost centre allocation is correctly calculated.
Accurate reporting can be provided through Prenax Online. ‘One click’ and customised reports give clear and exportable information on all aspects of your spend through Prenax.
